Answerbank Not Opening/responding Properly

Other webpages are working properly but answerbank is taking forever to load. The blue circle keeps spinning and then a message comes up saying that the site is unresponsive and do I want to kill the page.
It was taking so long to type this question that I typed it into Word and then cut and pasted it onto here!
What could the problem be and how can I fix it?

I keep getting answer bank not responding,have been getting it for nearly a year;

That's true, using Kindle on the smartphone, you don't want another one, but the screen is sooo small on the phone for reading!!!

I am on chrome but having difficulties lately with the site as well.
