The One Show

Just heard the middle bit of One show - don't watch it really. But what was it with the two guys - one had given his heart to the other. How was that. Thanks for any answers.

Patient A had a heart and lung transplant from a deceased doner Patient C.
Patient B received Patient A's heart which was sound, it was the lungs that were dodgy.
Patient C died and heart and lungs went to Patient A.
