Sunday. Back on real time now. I wish they'd leave it on real time all year round. The body clock will adjust eventually.

the cold is a bit better. The TD is working, it's getting the bugs too ratted to cause trouble. :o}

Not cold out this morning, no air movement, can't be bad. Long may it last. But methinks not. I rerckon not so nice weather coming in soon.

Its awful Murray, started last sunday with a nose that I thought was going to trip me up it was dripping so much!!

I have never felt this bad, weak, coughing, sore back and chest and constantly tired.
