Winter is coming. "She who must be obeyed" has got me to put up the bird feeder, and wrapped and stored all the Dahlia tubers and Begonia corms. Bulbs for spring have been planted, and the pots are stowed and emptied. Just waiting for one of the birds to notice the feeder and put it on "twitter".

I feed the birds all year round Togo.

We don't need to here, hereIam. We live very close to a wooded area and the feathered friends have plenty of natural sources including running water. But it is nice to see them come back to the feeder.
Blimey Togo, that's a bit early. We've still got begonias, fuchsias and geraniums, etc in full flower and still producing buds. I'm going to get my money's worth.

It may be a bit colder up here capito, N.Wales coast and cold winds whistle in fairly suddenly when it does start. Plus with the dark evenings coming and no time for the boss after she has been to work she wanted to get sorted. I do not resist, I have even hung the heavy winter curtains. :)) Good lad I am.
So do as one is told Toga!

I have a new bird house which I bought last year, but never put up, is now a good time?
