My insurance claim people have asked me to fill in a questionnaire at how good or bad they were in dealing with my claim.

There was no accident that day except I "tipped" the young lad in front who has now a claim in for whiplash.

Will I fill in the claim. Do you think they ever look at it. thanks

He's claiming on your insurance then?
They are asking you for feedback so why not?
Is it a questionnaire, or is it a form relating to a claim the lad is making?
Feedback questionnaires help Companies, so I'd fill it in but of course there's no obligation to do so.
