we can't get into our account for msn, although we have installed it about two years ago. Upto about 1 month ago we had no problems, then we can't get a connection anymore.to msn. please help THANX

was your problem preceded by you receiving a hyperlink from a friend that appeared to do nothing?

if so your log-in detail has been compromised by a virus.
