I paid for a gas cooker to be fixed last year and think the term is up in January. I was took on as he asked for my payment details on the phone which I give (I was panicking). A fella about the doors could have fixed it - it was just the wire came from the socket.

Anyway - do think the end of term is January - will they remind me or will I have to ring up and terminate it myself. Ta

i am making monthly payments and yes I do have it on my online account. Paperwork is about somewhere but amongst others.
Once the year is up, they will no doubt conact you jj.
In that case, if its up in January the payments should just stop, but some of these insurances and maintenance agreements have a habit of using automatic renewal.

Look out for that and if you don't want to carry on with it, make sure you cancel it just in case it sets off for another year.
