Charge And Sync Cable Issue

Hi, some advice please...I've just bought a Bush Charge and Sync Cable for my iPhone 6s+ and I've plugged it into my usb port on my laptop and it isn't charging. Am I doing something wrong or do you think I could have a faulty cable? Thanks for any help..I'm hopeless when it comes to these things.

Try a different USB port or try plugging into the mains supply with a plug adaptor to check the lead.

I have had a few of these leads fail on me but never a new one.

Thanks Ratter15. I've tried different ports and also the plug adaptor, none seem to work. Do you reckon it's a fault one? I'll take it back if it is.

Bush....presumably Argos? Ask them to exchange and, if that doesn't work, get a refund and a different make (from, say, Maplin).

...actually a pretty easy assumption because Bush-branded stuff is only available at Argos...it's really an Argos "own-brand" now.
