Sky. Com Access Denied

Hi,
For a couple of weeks I have not been able to log on to my sky account, I have a message saying access denied because my connection is not private.
I cannot access there helpline and I don't want to ring and be on hold for hours.
Does anyone have any ideas what I might try?

Have you tried setting your internet protocol to private instead of public. You will need to post your system ie w7 wxp w7 w8 w10 and someone will walk you through it.
