An Anyone Name This Tv Food Programme?

The programme showed several foodstuffs and what really went into them, I recall one was apple pies where the filling was described as being like wallpaper paste. I believe another showed what went into pies. Another featured 'either' sausages or chicken bought from wholesalers and used in the catering trade so their ingredients tend not to be on view. Another show was in Japan about the mountain of whale meat and they were asking Japs if they'd eat whale Andy the majority said no. The presenter was in a restaurant and had chosen the fish he wanted, it was served up in a dressing then started flipping on his plate and he sent it back to be killed while the lady with him who was translating told him 'get over yourself' as she would have eaten it alive. I was thinking the presenter was Mark Dolan but I can't find anything on him but I seem to think the guy had dark framed glasses but I could be wrong. Would love some help on this as it's bugging me.

@Buenchico Many thanks for that. Alex Hill is the guy...resembles Mark Dolan a little which is I had him down as the presenter. Mischief & Britains most disgusting foods! Yay! I googled so much to try to find it before asking here so I really appreciate you finding it. Off to YT now so I can show my SO that what he likes eating is gross
