The US and UK versions of Netflix aren't the same. So something that's available in the USA might not be available here (or possibly not available until a later date).

Devices which can be used to stream Netflix are shown here:
https://devices.netflix.com/en_gb/

If you've not already got a suitable TV, set-top box, etc (and you don't want to watch on your computer), the cheapest option is probably a Chromecast for £30:
http://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chromecast/tv/chromecast/

You'll also need a Netflix subscription. There's a month's free trial, then it's £5.99 per month (or £7.49 for the HD service).

You'll obviously need a decent broadband connection (with no download limits) but the vast majority of broadband services are now good enough.

EST is 5 hours behind GMT, so 0300 EST = 0800 GMT (but, as stated above, that might not be relevant anyway)

hmm, how can i find out if it will be over here? (it's gilmore girls by the way)
I can't wait to watch it. It's being released here the same time as the US from what I can find out.
Radio Times indicates that Gilmore Girls will be made available in the UK at the same time as in the USA:
http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2016-11-17/when-is-gilmore-girls-a-year-in-the-life-released-on-netflix
(As Netflix is a 'view on demand' service, you don't have to watch it at 0800. That's simply the time which it will be made available for watching at whatever time you like).
