Accidentally submitted too quickly! She was found in the water quite away from boat that night in her nighty and bed jacket. She had a lot of bruises on her legs and arms.
At the time it was thought she drowned by accident, but that husband of hers was heard shouting and arguing with her., and another actor friend.w ho was on boat, has come forward years later to say Robert Wagner was shaking and sweating, looking dishevelled after he eventually reported her missing......

I hadn't realised that Christopher Walken had come forward and said anything about the incident.

The boat captain had recently tried to make some money out of it by changing his statement but I seem to recall it was ignored.

As for her injuries she had been overboard for several hours so her injuries would be consistent with banging against things.

It was rumoured at the time of filming Brainstorm that maybe Wood was having affair with Walken and whilst on boat an incident happened which ended in Wood falling into sea.....Wagner was never really quizzed on this I think.....a mystery for sure but someone on boat knows the answer.

Either way it was a tragic incident
