Name of Music Video

Hey all,

Once I saw this rock video. It featured scenes from a black & white horror film. There were what appeared to be soldiers (?) strapped to beds. They were injured and had cloths over their faces. It was quite creepy. There were nurses as well. Not sure if it was from a horror movie but it was rather grotesque.

I was wondering if anyone knew what song it was and who sang it? Also which film the clips were from?

Apart from the 'horror film' idea, it sounds a helluva lot like 'One' by Metallica. You can see the video here

The film used in the video is 'Johnny Got His Gun', based on the book by Dalton Trumbo, about a soldier who has has limbs and senses destroyed by a landmine. The song is about the same idea, so fits perfectly.
