"Watcha Bish, how's ya bum off for spots?"
Write the address on her forehead and stick the stamps on her Gaiters !
"Your Grace" would be the way to address a chap Bishop, and I can't see any reason why it should be different for a lady Bishop.

Your Grace is only used to archbishops. A bishop is 'My Lord'.
Scroll down to Bishops, Diocesan and Suffragan.

Something like 'hi, how are you?'
Or in very specific cases 'You're Grace'.
Please can I nominate TheChair for best answer
I think it's 'Good Gracious'...
By their name I guess; Jill, heather, Mrs Bumchaff or whatever their name is.

Unless they are prepared to address me as 'exalted law-abiding citizen Bob', I can see no reason to address someone who thinks they should be above others because they subscribed their life to a fairy story.
