It makes me furious
So many people get on their high horses about us dog owners and that we should pick up any mess that our dogs make. But how come it's ok for some people to come to the park and leave their mess behind?????????
I always pick up after both of my dogs' mess because of Health & Safety and because I treat the park how I would like it to always be. But it drives me nuts that people, especially in the hot weather come in tenfolds laden down with disposable bbqs, bbq meats, plastic cutlery and cans upon cans of drink and just about anything else you can think of. Then they'll light their bbqs and sit there and eat and throw their meat bones over their shoulders, cans are left behind where ever they were put down. And when they're done with their feast they leave behind a huge trail of rubbish. Some people even go to the lenghts of putting all their rubbish in a plastic bag but then leaves it sitting there in the middle of the park. There are dustbins all around the park - but do you think they can be bl00dy bothered!!!
Do they think there are little fairies whizzing around at night time tidying up after them all? More like foxes who will come and rip open any bags, spread bones out all over the place and then I come walking with my dogs who innocently gets a whiff of the bone, eats it and maybe chokes on it or is lucky enough not to choke on it, throws up all night.
God people are irresponsible
So it's ok for humans to destroy nature is it??
Right rant over

You should see the state of our beach now the summer season is under way .And my council tax goes towards clearing it up every day . Grrr.
I always clear up after my dogs in public places too. Most of the time they are walked out in the middle of the countryside and poo in the fields so it's impossible to clear up unless I run around in the fields behind them. I don't suppose it does much harm in the fields, though. At least they are regularly wormed.
The same people who dont pick up their rubbish after them are the same people who dont pick up their dog cr@p.
I hate dogs mess with a passion. Nothing riles me more than my little boy standing in it when he is just kicking the ball around. I just throw the shoes away cause I cant face dealing with it.
