That link just goes to a sign-in page, Notnutnut. Crown Courts usually list all cases for 10am (even though the courts don't actually sit until 10.30am). Buenchico, thanks for that, I did realise it's a sign-in page and duly signed in but I'm not showing. I was told I'm on the warned list for week starting 28/11 but it's a long while since I was on one last and I wasn't sure how I'd know when to go you see.
Thanks again. NNN.
If you're on the warned list you'll probably get a phone call from your solicitor on the day before the hearing. It might be quite late. I guy I was working with had to pull out of the following day's work at 8pm because he'd only just had a phone call to tell him he'd got to attend court at 10am the next day, so don't expect a lot of notice!
