...plastic pegs, but they do cause me some dilemmas.

What sort of pegs do you like and do they cause any problems?

If it's anything like Janbee and the milkman I'm not so sure.
Plastic pegs are the worse, especially when they hit you in the eye

You shouldn't peg them around ;-)
Eye for an eye,peg for a peg (:-)
I use wooden spring pegs. I used to have some plastic ones, which had a vice-like grip, but unfortunately they only gripped the clothes. They allowed the clothes to slide along the lines, so, unless I cleaned the washing lines religiously every time i pegged out the laundry, grubby marks appeared on the washing. However, those plastic pegs are absolutely brilliant at holding my fruit nets together when I have to keep the birds off my fruit crops.
Oh I like a wooden one.
I tend to use the plastic ones, very good for pegging the duvet cover to the duvet while you change it.
