sensors
Hi All
I have a vauxhall corsa 99 and I was told that the sensors need replacing. The garage didnt explain much only that its the sensors that control the brain and airways of the car.
My car needs about 10m to warm up and is very slow and often the orange managment light comes on. Can anyone exist with what is going on with my car. The garage said it would cost about 350 to replace all 3 sensors.
Thanks

At the time, about 5 years ago, the sensors were about 70 each. I didn`t fancy gambling on tossing a coin & buying one, only to find it was the other at fault. So the mechanic/technician agreed to try one & see if it was ok. Fortunately it was, but I still got a bill for 150 (back then). Sounds like they`re hedging their bets. Try & get them to agree to only replace the faulty item or consult another dealer.
