I petitioned for divorce in 2012 divorced in 2013 I'm not sure in the form if I ticked section 10 about finances how can I get a copy of the form ?
Will the court have a copy ?
If I didn't tick it I am know married can I still get a clean brake order?
If my parents decided to leave there inheritance to my new wife can my previous wife claim any thing from her? 0

The q I'm asking I'm remarried can I still get a clean break order from the court
On the original form I did not tick section 10 that I want finances sorted
I'm not claiming anything from her just need a clean break order
