I'm sure everyone knows somebody in their area who has a "reputation" for their sporting commitment. In this area, in amateur football, there is a guy I'll call Tony. Very loud and animated, he's run various amateur teams. On one occasion, his team were losing but seemed to be taking no notice of him. Just before half time he asked one of his mates to go and buy him a 4 pint bottle of milk. When he came back, Tony emptied the milk out, cut the bottom off the bottle and started shouting through it, like a megaphone - "can you f****** hear me now you bunch of t****". A true character. Well known round here. His team lost by the way. A waste of milk!
