I am a psycho when it coms to flying, I hyperventilate cry, scream when there's turbulence etc etc. Try getting a prescription from the doctors for some mild tranquilisers, then you won't have a care in the world. Works for me!

When I lived in Tenerife, it amazed me how many people out there were scared of flying (seeing as everyone had flown there).

Quite a few people, when going back to blighty for a holiday would simply get blind drunk before the flight. One mate actually drank half a bottle of Vodka on the way to the airport. For a 7am flight!

i wouldnt recommend getting drunk in case they refuse you boarding the flight.

as girl said, try getting a prescription from your GP, i did similar before my driving test. Also you could try taking some herbal tablets such as kalms from now until the holiday.

Clinical Hypnosis (one session will do it - expect to pay around 30 - 50) its brilliant for flying nerves and many other things. It will really change the way you feel about flying and your behaviour on the day. You need to see the therapist about one week before you fly. Good Luck x

Are you just trying to rub it in my face again, Sam?! Heehee, you know I'm joking, babes!

I love flying but my boyfriend hates it, so I sort of understand. Have a few drinks, hun, and think of the the sea, sand (and the nice guys ;o)) and the sexy tan you'll come home with. It's not too long a flight, but make sure you take a few things to keep your mind off it, on the plane.

Oh yes, and don't forget my postcard! ;o)

(Kalms Night herbal tablets are good too, if you think a bit of kip might help?) xxx
