Why in this day and age are lending ,spending companies still allowed to have small print so as it's not easy to read .Now if it was to the benefit of the public it would be shouted from the roof tops but when it's charging the public wicked high Apr is not readable . When the advert is being designed this must be one of the stipulations set down by the companies .

its simple....if you dislike anything about a company including its advertising, then don’t deal with them.

Not the point ,isn't not about me it about those who may be intending to use the companies .
Well, you have to be careful about what you take notice of. Read the small print, listen to the gabbled end of radio ads.
Would anyone listen to it or read it anyway if it were more clear? I'm sure we all click on 'yes, I accept these conditions' on websites without reading all the bumph.
then let them do their own ranting?
On the TV adverts the print is plenty big enough.
