Sorry I am late with my question. Advent is a busy time!
I really only have one query: 36 ac
Trouble one's got about flaming people deciding things in advance. The answer must be predestination which meets the definition side ( if I remember my RE properly). And I can see that " nation" meets the " people" bit. But the rest? I am, as usual, baffled.
