Smart Tv And One Drive
3 Answers
I just bought a so-called Smart TV. Didn't particularly want the "Smart" features but thought that since I'd paid for them I might as well try to use them.
Managed to get the thing to connect to the internet and can access sites OK. However, the only thing I might find it useful for is that I have many of my photos on MS One Drive and thought it might be nice to access them via One Drive rather than plug in a portable hard drive via USB. I cannot get to them via the TV (tried simply logging in to my MS One Drive account - doesn't work). Do I need to do something else?
Ta in advance.

If your telly runs on Android and allows you to install apps from the play store, then you can install the onedrive app. If not, I'd guess you are out of luck. https:// play. google. com/ store/ apps/ details? id= com. microsoft. skydrive

I am pretty sure you don't need Android to do this.
Here, for example, is a link about an oldish (non-Android) Samsung TV
