Considering the scriptwriters had to redo the big Corrie Christmas story (it was supposed to be the big reveal about Sharif's affair) they've done a great job this year.

I don't think Mary will go to South Africa. Or she'll come back if she does. She is a great character and I'd miss her.

I am not a fan of Corrie, but sat unwinding with the present Mrs Hughes last night and we watched a couple of episodes together.

What amazed me was seeing Bethany neck two of those pills together - they were like torpedoes!

I have had a tonsillectomy and half of each side of my soft palate removed, so I have a gullet like six-lane highway, and no way could I get two of those down together!
