Is it possible for the website to introduce the function of being able to show attachments such as pictures?

Have recently been on an architecture forum that allowed the function of attaching a picture file. Very useful.

Just for information:

AB members who need to include a picture with their question usually upload their picture here: http://www.tinypic.com (and then simply include a link to the picture in the question)
