Perhaps I should have posted in "animals" but I'm looking for a way to use my smaller bits if cooked turkey as a cat food. My cat is old and doesn't cope very well with chunky food, so I'd like to know how I can make into something more "jelly-like" or "gravyish".
Shred it finely - perhaps using a food processor and mix with gravy.
Or, boil the carcass, strain the juice, pick off the good meat and pack it in ramekins with some of the juice. You might want to add a little gelatin to make it jelly like.
