You've not told us how you're trying to watch BBC iPlayer. Is it via a Windows computer, an Android tablet, an iPhone, a smart TV, a NOW TV box, an Amazon Firestick or something else?

If it's via a Windows computer, go your list of installed programs. Uninstall any references to 'Adobe Flash'. Then go here:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Deselect the 'optional offer'
Click 'Install Now' and follow any instructions you see. (With some browsers, including Firefox, you'll need to go to your downloads folder and double-click on the file which you've downloaded).
