Computer Lost Sound

I am using Windows 10 but do not have sound. Everything was O.K. this morning. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but still no joy. Anyone any suggestions as to what else I can do. Many thanks...

Check volume controls, check leads, try different speakers on the PC and existing speakers on a different PC.
