ive been trying to find an old friend his name is russell frank duffy. he used to live in penarth, cardiff. tried friend reunited and b4usearch, but nothing so far. can anyone help?

I can see an R F Duffy in my local telephone directory. E-mail me on my username (but no 77) with @hotmail.com added onto the end and I'll give you the details, it might be your old friend :)
