I want to copy the audio of this YouTube clip on to the Media Player on my PC:
Is it do-able and, if so, please can you give me step-by-step instructions

The easiest way to do it is probably by using a suitable browser extension. However we don't know which browser you're using. If it's Firefox install Easy Youtube Video Downloader from here:

(There's a Chrome version here but I've not tried it: http://www.chromeextensions.org/other/easy-youtube-video-downloader/ )

Then (in Firefox, at least) all you need to do is to go to the Youtube video, click the new 'Download' button which will have been added to the page, select the 'MP3' option and choose where to save the file to. Job done!

2 methods. Use keepvid.com and download as an m4a file (mp3 work still in progress) or use soundrecorder. Tried it on keepvid.com and works fine. If you want to convert the m4a file to another audio format there are plenty of free websites that will do this.
