David Bowie - Great Haircuts!
6 Answers
Just watched the David Bowie documentary The Last Five Years.
I am a long-time fan - I saw him in 1973, and what struck me watching the documentary was the breadth and vision of his artistic output, how devastatingly handsome he was all through his life, and what amazing hair and haircuts he had.
And the final quote from him - when asked what he hoped his legacy would be, he said "I hope people will think I had great haircuts ..."
I certainly did!
RIP David.

I'm looking forward to seeing that. I've recorded it. Just got to find a time when OH isn't watching his boring old tat.
Even with his original dodgy teeth, DB was always amazing-looking. I think I walked behind him in New York a few years ago. He was very tall, slim and elegant. Another man came out of an apartment building and rushed up to him to shake his hand.
I wanted to quicken up my pace and see if it really was DB, but was too shy.
