There area wide range of posts on AB and so many are short on detail leaving respondents a bit short on detail to respond fully.

I try to give a pragmatic response, not necessarily what the OP wants to hear but a different perspective.

Quite why a differing view gets ripped to bits is beyond me.

Yep, same here, Campbell. Cheap, nasty, tacky, horrendous. An eyesore before it's even finished!

Not sure how this thread moved to refuse collection. My recycling bin is never more than a 1/4 full and my general waste is rarely more than three 10-12l bags. We have alternate collections. We also compost and have a wormery, maybe that makes a difference??
