What can be the reasons for this showing on a blood test?

Just as a help, as a long list of causes may be impersonal and confusing, I believe that your are being treated for Rheumatoid arthritis and in my opinion, this may account for your raised liver enzymes. Your Dr may need to adjust the dose of drugs.

It's my Son that had these blood test results, he's 33, I do have arthritis myself but the wear and tear type.
