Does anyone remember and what was the name of a childrens cartoon tv series (american) about a pack of stray dogs lead by a puppy?

Thanks, but it's not, I remember rude dog. This was a bit older (as I was younger) and they were normal dogs, not wierd looking ones. Cheers tho. Think I've made this up in my head except I have a stuffed toy from it bought for me when I was little.
