I was with Waitrose broadband and had little trouble, now They have switched me to John Lewis broadband and I cannot get my emails, it just keeps Saying no messages in nbox, but people have sent me some...what can I do?

I have John Lewis Phone and Broadband and find them excellent and very easy to contact...you need to speak to their technical support team and explain the problem.
