baby weight bearing
my nephew started weight bearing unusually early (standing on his feet ) when he was only 2 months old -ive been told that this can cause bow legeddness -is this true?

But this is just a reflex -- his legs aren't nearly strong enough to hold him up -- and will disappear after two or three months.
Babies usually pull up on furniture and truly weight bear about 8 months but of course no two babies are the same and I guess we should just love them all for being little individuals!

It is an old wives tale. if they can do it themselves they are capable. My first pulled to standing at about 9 months, where as my little'un could do it a 5months on his own and started walking at 8 and a half months. Each child is different. I would say just make sure he is standing of his own accord.
