rose hip

I read in the paper that rose hip is very good for arthritis, I have just purchased some capsules called Litozin from the herbalist they were quite expensive 20 quid for 120 capsules amd you have to take six a day for the first 3 weeks, has anyone tried them and do they work. Ta.

Six a day seems a bit excessive but then again i'm not a herbalist....Try rose hip or cinammon tea which are both very good for arthritis and also very tasty!
