Can I Make/receive Phone Calls With A Blackberry Playbook

I am thinking of purchasing a Blackberry Playbook but before doing so I would like to be sure that I can make/receive phone calls with it.(Only for indoor use)

If it's anything like the Samsung tab 10.1 you can put a 3G/4G sim in it but only use it for data not voice, so I think the answer may be No.
