I sometimes envy all the old socialist red flag wavers, they have faith they are quasi religious almost but I know their cobblers is, well, cobblers. The last time Labour made themselves electable it was by dumping all their own ideas and pretending to be Tories, Saint Tony did it well and I admire Jezza for sticking to his principles but Labour are not what the people want, we are basically a Tory country who occasionally elects "old Labour".
Whatever you may think of "Tony" TTT, he broke the logjam of all those years of Tory Rule. He have us the minimum wage and devolution for Wales and Scotland, and he also won 2 more Election.
It could be argued that he would have won the 2010 Election as well, had he not abdicated in favour of Brown.
