Just a couple of weeks after the Leader of Surrey Council, Mr David Hodge, was pulling his hair out on nationwide TV, because he couldn't provide for all the social care in his Borough that was so desperately needed, he has now said that the huge 15% CTax rise won't be needed after all.

I can recall him CH4 news, saying that all his entreaties to the Government had fallen on deaf ears. But now, the money has been found somewhere.

I somehow doubt corbyn would start accusing people of misconduct if there wasn't a bit of truth in it. This is politics, none of us know the truth, but it gives us minions a chance to *** off the opposition.

This is how Hodge explains ( or doesn't explain ) why he no longer needs a huge 15% rise in CTax......as I said yesterday, even more curiouser !
