I recorded the above episode for OH earlier on Channel 5. He is watching it now.
The mystery is 5 minutes of it was repeated [it definitely weren't a flashback]

I thought it was just me! It was very confusing. Glad it wasn't just me. I love NCIS. Just waiting for the one where Tony leaves. It was reported on last year when it was on Sky.

I noticed that with another programme this week
using Netflix
cant remember which
the dialog is identical so I said to my pal and also the dog "Oh! we had this three minutes ago"

and the dog said " the prog is always - someone gets deaded, they investigate a lot and then they find out who did it - what is confusing about THAT? what thread can you possibly lose ?"

and I said yeah yeah keep your hair on ....
