photo messaging

i have a motorola slvr and for some reason i can take photos but cant send them. ive tryed going into the settings but nothing,any ideas?

Which operator do you use? Is it set up with that operator?

o2 but i havent had to set anything up? im pay n go everything else works.

Text "PICON" to 21400, to enable the service.

You will then receive a series of text messages, with instructions to set your phone up.
