Joan is thrilled that Janet and John are happy with the new apartment.

He shakes John's hand and give Janet a hug.....Joan and Janet have become quite close since she gave him a tour of the horrid apartment.

So long, my friends, says Joan......I like you very much.....you are a very nice couple........just be sure you leave by eleven on Sunday as we have guests booked in from 2pm......Joan looks very cheery.

John reminds Joan that we are booked with them until Monday and will be staying in the apartment until eleven on Monday.

Joan is suddenly the palest Spaniard in the city.......he no longer has a spring in his step as he leaves the apartment and staggers down the street.


Janet opens the wine.....

John has mocked up a highly amusing (?) certificate from Ryanair saying that as their eleventy millionth paying customer Janet is entitled to be the first passenger to qualify for their new "wing walking experience" ...

... Janet is looking for some clean underwear ...
