Weird Feeling At Night
4 Answers
Nooo, nothing like that. Sometimes at night when I'm lying in bed, or when I'm sitting on a chair or something I get this weird feeling. I'll explain now. It usually happens on days that I've been either sledging, skiing, or swimmin in the sea, a few hours after the event. It's like a feeling of movement in my legs, and I haven't a clue what it is. A lot of my friends get it too.. I don't understand!

If it's to do with activity then it could be something to do with your muscles relaxing after being tense all day. Is it a bad feeling like cramp, or something quite pleasant?
to which kefkareplied: Not pins and needles. It just feels like my legs/feet/entire body is moving, but I'm not actually. It feels a bit like when your head is swimming, but I don't know why it does. It's sort of pleasant, but more indifferent. It's not unpleasant like cramp at all.
