At the beginning we saw the architect practice celebrating getting the library contract. So how come the builders were already on site, with hoardings up etc? Surely it would take several weeks, if not months, before the builders would even break ground.

Yes, enjoyed it - and Glasgow looked good, but the above point niggled. They had already built enough of the library for SPOILER ALERT someone to fall from a great height!
