Currently, it's the Orange Prize, with a �30,000 reward. The Whitbread Book of the Year gets �25,000 and the Booker �21,000.
It's actually the Dublin-based IMPAC Award. Currently worth around �100,000.
Sorry, yes, I wasn't thinking outside the UK. I stand corrected.
Considering the best selling authors don't win any, I'd say none of them.
