Huawei Ascend G7 ; Can't Send Text

My android has stopped sending texts. It says RESCEND but it does not work. How can i fix it?

I doubt it says RESCEND

It might say RESEND

When a mobile phone sends a text it needs to know the number of the text centre that it must be sent through. Sometimes phones can lose that information and you have to reset it. That could well be what has happened in your case.

You can access the number that your phone is using via this route:
Settings > Message icon > Menu > Settings > SMS Centre No

You need to check that the number shown there is the one that your phone service provider requires. That number will be on the provider's website or, if you're with one major players, it should be listed here:

(For EE the number is [phone])
