What do I need to do, to download videos to my phone from my pc? [mpeg 4]

either bluetooth, if your phone supports it, or a data cable. that way you can just transfer the data across.

if your phone has a removable memory card, and your computer has a card reader, then you can use that method too.

I transferred them to my phone with the data cable [usb], via my computer, and then through local disc C, but when I tried to play them on my phone, [750i], where it should read play on my phone desktop, it reads send. So I think that I must somehow change the video so that the phone can play it. Thanks for your help, Percypig.

try converting the video to the 3gp format. Plenty about; found this after a quick google search:
