We are flying to Belgium with Ryanair. Haven't flown with them for yrs as last time we got hammered with a big fine cos we weren't able to print off our return journey boarding passes (had no access to internet or a printer while at our villa.) As far as I can see this will happen again because although we will have internet, there will be no access to a printer at the chalet we are staying at. As you can't check in for the return journey until 48hrs before the flight, and can't print t off the return boarding passes til then either. It says you can't print them at the airport. Our return airport is Chaleroi southern Belgium. Getting really worried about this as we can't afford another massive fine.
I have found that any large hotel will print out your boarding card. Ask nicely, smile, and they can only say no, but it's good 'public relations' for them to agree.
Or you could check-in at the 48 hour deadline and download the passes to the Ryanair app on a smartphone - I've done this & it works just fine - up to four people/passes on one phone.
I think you can check in 4 days before your Ryanair flight, but that probably doesn't help!
Hopefully you will find someone with a printer, or use the Mobile app.
Good luck!
Are you there HongKongphooey? Do you have a smartphone? I've flown with Ryanair dozens of times using the app to check in and get the boarding passes on my phone without any problem. It's the easiest answer.
